1971 Super Beetle

Attention. I don't consider this a 'daily driver' car. It's more of a project/fun car.

Runs, inspected, clear title, currently uninsured, tags current.

Camber is toe out in rear (makes the back tires stick out at the bottom).

 

I have replaced ALL the break hardware (except the lines) (in early 2011).

I had a leak in the gas tank fixed (in early 2011).

I added a new windshield wiper motor (in mid 2011).

The car is overall in rough condition body-wise but runs fine.

The floor under the battery was rotted out at one point and was repaired with fiberglass (or something).

3 of the tires have VERY slow leaks. I usually air them up after about a month (depends on usage).

Gas flap cover (black in pic below) doesn't close properly and it rigged to stay closed.
